Deliveries to residential addresses, including hospitals, nursing homes, and aged care facilities, typically occur between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. For staff at such facilities, clearly indicate this on the order to ensure treatment as a business delivery, completed by 5:00 p.m. Standard business deliveries are between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. These timeframes may extend during peak periods such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, and Christmas.
